Velasco House

The Velaso Project is based on the junction of Clanwilliam Place and Grand Canal Street, Dublin 2. The project consists of the demolition of the existing 4 storey Kestrel House office building and the construction of a new 6573m2, 7 storey office block with a lower ground and basement level.
